– Authors Map Description –
< Commander: Another of Titan’s small outposts is under attack. Small and remote and it appears to be an easy target. The Aliens are in for a surprise! Your task Commander is to show the Aliens that things are not always as they appear. >

– this map is small and has quite a few aliens and has a Command Shuttle option
– this map is intended to be both quick and fun
– to make a super grinder fit, the aliens had to be so weak that it was boring …… so i left it out

– due to the present global situation with the COVID-19 pandemic –
i have decided to release the maps i have finished as soon as they are ready instead of releasing one per week …… giving those of us, lucky enough to have DG2, something to enjoy while we socially distance and/or quarantine

– i did all the testing, tuning and balancing myself …. so although i have played it many times, i could easily have missed something ….

But was it really beaten at Elite for Gold? I can’t even see any medals on Story. Anyone else?

….. so yes it was beaten on Elite, by myself before i considered the map finished, and looking at the leaderboard by both Suspiria and Jolly Roger ( the two names up so far )
the mode is required in order to compile a custom map, but it is crippled in the sense that the scores are not saved to the leaderboard – early map makers found a way to get around it by creating a new mode
in my case, my recent scores do not show up at all on the leaderboard, it is due to a glitch in DG2’s and/or Steam’s code, that has hit some of us …….. i could fix it, but would have to start over earning tower upgrades back up to level 5 towers ….. i like making maps more than i care about competing with my score and in order to test and balance the maps – i need level 5 towers
