Easy ? Who said something about easy ?
This one is not easy, definitily NOT.
After trying to get gold on normal about 10 times i finally did succeed , 24 milj pffffffffff

The problem to raise score, we need to know what to do to get the best score. Since i still dont know since the game exist exactly what to do then……. Did the longer time they stay alive give a higher score? Did the longer they walk give a better score(it can be different than time with temporal)??? The faster they die? The way they die (in horrible pain)? The cash you have when they die? The number of core you have left? So many question and i dont know the answer on many of them.
I played with the last group for like 15 minutes to raise the money with Briel on Super Grinder. Seriously, this is not my play style. Now i understand the 300 000 000 score on some official maps when you get 25 000…
I don’t understand either- So I just play ordinary 😉 – I Love shooting Aliens no matter the cost – Hopefully I get a Gold Medal from my Superiors as well 🙂
Cant get gold but still love the map. I played the entire map without pressing F so i took my time but it was impossible. You absolutely need Briel to get it and since i hate him personally hihi.
Just tried Super Grinder with my hum hum new GTX 760, it was perfect, got 20-25 fps with “F” pressed when i had 2-3 fps without “F” with my HD 6800 so it is WAYYYY Better! But, i will never get gold on super grinder. I think to get gold you need to play with Briel and since i have no idea how to get better score with him, i will sadly not get it…
Briel is easy…..Just press him on top of a pile of Aliens and you get extra resources which help your score allot.
He doesn’t do any damage to Aliens which makes it a fair playing field.

Im way too far to get gold and seriously, i HATE to play with Briel. I prefer with the one who make the tower go crazy every 5 min Zachara or something like that.
I tried super grinder and from wave 130 to the end, i had like 2-3 fps hehe. Damn! I am not sure i will have the patience to wait any longer to change cpu.
By the way, i would like to know what are the spec of your cpu? Only the ppl who dont have any problem playing it max resolution? This is the only game i play who recquire a better cpu than i have. I can run every other game with max graphic. I must admit than i dont have very recent games but i can run Serious sam 3 – Borderlands 2 and many others games with max graphics.

Motherboard ASUS H97-Pro Gamer
Graphics Nvidia GeForce GTX75Ti
I have the graphics set to 1920×1080 Quality=High and it never has lag.
I don’t play on Very high graphics as once those SG Shark waves get to 100+ and also showing Aliens health it still can be too much.
Hope that helps as a reference.

Thx for your answer. Hum, maybe you’re right and i should remove the health of the aliens but it help a lots… I HATE the new way the cpu are “described”. I have an i7, it should be better than an i5 but not at all because i have the old generation. I think today, it is harder to know what is the best. In the past, it was logical, the higher the number, the better it was but now, an i3 can be better than an i7. it sux.

Graphic card sux like i always said hum, i will change it for my wife’s card, shhhhhhhh hehe so my new graphic card is a GTX 750 or 760, cant remember, anyway.

I don’t remove the aliens health as you are right it helps allot in timing weather to build or not it’s just I noticed that with everything combined the computer works hard so I set the graphics to ‘high’ only.
I don’t notice any lose of graphics and it’s worth it for the smooth play.
I have a core i7 4770 and a sli of gtx980 16gb of ram and I have lags in 2560*1440.
I noticed that it happens when I have a lot of remains of dead aliens that should protect the new ones mostly.
I tried in ultra, high and normal and honestly I don’t really see a difference in lags.
When I tried in windowed one of your map I can’t remember which one, my computer rebooted at one point.
Will try to disable this alien health thing to see if there is a difference.
DG2 needs more power than the Witcher3 (where I play on 3 screens at 7930*1440), it sucks in a way.
Played Competitive Hard… Wow… those last few waves… Saved all the cores, but not even close to getting Gold.
Blame comments on the last few maps I did – “easy” ? heh
hahahahahha the Sharks teeth came out on this map 🙂

haha … is the map inspired by ‘the sims’? it looks like the blue print of a hilltop mansion, with its own tennis court.
gameplay wise it’s not bad. even though I’m not a fan of maps with visual obstruction, I think it’s quite reasonable for that theme you’re striving for.
