< Attention Commander: Intelligence reports indicate an imminent alien incursion. Effective immediately, all personnel are to commence full defensive preparations. Instigate combat protocols, ensure all heavy weaponry is operational and defensive perimeters are fortified.
Due to recent trends in public opinion; regarding our primary objective – the complete and brutal extirpation of the enemy.
Civilians are to be completely evacuated to secure zones, and communications remain encrypted. The High Command wishes to maintain a strategy of plausible deniability, regarding our tactical intentions. >
