Hard to beat, sometimes I wonder why I am not able to reach other peoples scores. This is such a case…
But great work!

If this helps (warning long crapping on lol 🙂 )

Spoiler

It’s a balancing act of score chasing vs getting killed as to why a map that is easy to get through can take days to reach a top score on one mode only and when I say this I also believe the scoring is all over the place as I can play a map and do all the steps below and come up short in the millions and this can happen game after game then I’ll come back to the same game days later and not really try and the score is better by millions.
A great example is Cold Blue…First go I just setup a basic square with score boosts on each corner and got a great score first time and I was like ‘now I’m going to play again and really be careful on resources’ and got 3.5million lower score and then I tried over and over and the score gradually got worse and worse and this happens all the time for me.

Anyway key things are:
Have score boosts covering every bit of path where the aliens could die so you dont miss any extra points.

Use boost towers to make the longest path possible and link temporals so that it keeps bunching up as many aliens as possible without killing them and then use Briel in the biggest group to gain the most resources.
The temporal trick does not work too well with HPE scripts as you end up spending too many resources and there isnt enough resource bonus for a small bunch of aliens to cover the temporal costs but on maps with huge scripts you can do a Briel shot and gain over 2,000+ resources per shot and if you have a massive path times that by how many times in a game you can use Briel and it can be a 20,000+ resources. (some scripts I’ve seen 5,000 resources per shot regularly)
*Games without score boosts available always keep scores closer together.

Dont use any resources unless you have to but at the same time dont let the aliens take the cores away from the housing…the longer the cores stay in the housing intact the better your score. Even if you keep all your cores at the end but the cores spent the whole game floating around your score will be crap.
If there are drop pods landing at core housing you have to belt them down with missiles or whatever you like that stops them releasing aliens with any health. You dont want those cores moving away at all if possible.

Try not to play a game with backspacing as you will loose some points as once backspaced all towers fire at once and will kill aliens faster than gaining the extra for slowly killing them off eg regenerators and healers are great to keep alive for awhile if possible.
In saying this you can also gain scores by using that to your advantage eg if a player has a minimum tower setup and backspaces all the time and uses the power of all of them firing at once they can keep their resources down eg you might have a setup and a Rumbler gets through you backspace and it dies so you dont have to build the extra tower and it saves the resources but I can’t get that to work I get the opposite effect.

This ones a gamble and it can go against you as well as for you – Playing a game at normal speed kills aliens better than in fast forward so you don’t need to use as many towers but in fast forward the game scores all over the place and if your lucky it will go in your favour and give scores over what maybe you should have 🙂

And lastly if you know how to juggle and want to never be beaten do the above and juggle and no one will ever beat you. You just keep juggling until you get the desired score. I have friends that do it.
I experimented with it once on Tar Pits and every Briel shot was worth over 20,000 resources per shot but I couldn’t keep them at bay, it would have been a totally insane score (I don’t ever juggle though as I like not to ever sell)

Hope some of these ideas you haven’t tried yet help 🙂

Well, this is an interesting approach. I should realise it next time.

Thank you OCD!

Thank you. I got a very similar Setting, but you have set your hotspot on the last Plattform. I will try this.
